What we collect
Bestie stores account identifiers from Sign in with Apple, quiz categories, AI-generated multiple-choice questions, selected answers, submitted responder names, response scores, consent versions, first-party responder cookies, IP hashes for abuse prevention, reports, blocks, moderation actions, and purchase entitlement records.
AI and moderation
Quiz questions may be generated with DeepSeek's AI service. Submitted names and generated content are checked with automated moderation, including OpenAI moderation when configured. Web responders consent before submitted names are moderated.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, run advertising SDKs in v1, create anonymous message channels, or synthesize fake responses.
Deletion
Account deletion soft-deletes the account and purges owned quizzes and responses from the active product tables.
